1General Provisions

• Each user may register only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be closed and any deposited funds forfeited.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate. Submitting false information is a breach of these terms.

• Transferring or renting your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

5Gaming Policy & Fair Play

• The RTP (Return to Player) statistics for every game are displayed transparently. RTP percentages reflect long-term averages and are not a guarantee for any individual session.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the associated bet will be considered cancelled.
• The result announced by the dealer in a live game is final. In the event of a technical error, a decision will be made after reviewing the video recording.

If an account is legitimately closed, the real-money balance will be refunded after all pending bets are settled. However, if the account is closed due to a breach of terms, the bonus balance may be forfeited.
